Experienced Trial Attorney
James has recovered more than $75 million dollars for his clients in his two decades of litigation experience. He has tried dozens of cases through trial and has represented thousands of people in their court proceedings.
James has worked extensively in personal injury law, criminal defense law, immigration law and business law, providing legal strategy, counsel, advice and experience to each of his clients.
Helping Businesses, locally and around the world
Using his MBA and legal background, James has helped hundreds of small and large businesses, locally and internationally. Having several startup businesses of his own, he knows how to guide his clients from startup to success.
James also has worked as an economist providing statistical support for law firms and insurance companies. He has testified as an expert in several courts throughout the country.
Traveler and Educator
James has extensive travel experience, and has lived abroad. He speaks fluent Spanish (and even worked as a State and Federal Interpreter), and helps his clients work through language and cultural barriers they encounter in the legal and business worlds. He is empathetic and brings personal attention and experience to each client he works with.
He has taught at the high school and college level, and has given presentations at local and national and international conferences on several continents. He has trained more than 30 law clerks and worked for courts as special counsel to resolve difficult issues. James has published more than a dozen articles.
